Bazzi Golden Risk Award

2–3 Minuten

Interview with our MVP of the year

It is Bazzi Consulting’s ultimate pleasure to allocate the first Golden Risk Award to the colleague who stood up for each challenge, jumped into cold waters, fires, volcanoes to make projects happen on-time. Without him, we would have not been where we are today: delivering high-quality, on-time, and in-budget.

Arkesh Kumar went above and beyond to help our customers realize the most value from their ServiceNow implementation. The whole Bazzi Consulting Management Team thanks Arkesh for his contributions, and wishes him many years of success to come. Arkesh, you are a true hero. Read the full interview below.

Arkesh, What do you like the most about your job?

I love the moment when a complex requirement finally clicks into a clean, performant ServiceNow solution. Whether it’s implementing OOB or Customized solutions in IRM / any other ServiceNow modules or delivering integration third party system with ServiceNow modules to support Business needs, seeing the client’s reaction when something goes live and instantly makes their life easier is incredibly rewarding. After 6+ years, that feeling still never gets old.

What motivates you to work with Bazzi Consulting?

I am really drawn to Bazzi’s focus on quality over volume and the kind of challenging, end-to-end implementations you take on. The chance to work with a smaller, highly skilled team of ServiceNow specialists, tackle regulated-industry transformations, and actually own outcomes from discovery to hyper-care is exactly the environment where I do my best work.

Where do you see yourself 5 years from now?

In five years, I see myself as a Principal or Lead Architect or Leading ServiceNow Practice. Leading multi-module programs, mentoring the next group of developers, and helping build reusable accelerators that give Bazzi an even stronger edge in the market.

What are your hobbies?

I’m a huge cricket fan – I follow every India match and most IPL seasons. I enjoy keeping up with everything new in AI, ServiceNow and World news: playing with the latest instance version features in my personal dev instance, trying out new generative AI integrations, and reading up on what’s coming next on the roadmap. Apart from that, I also like to follow the news to stay up to date.
