Dear valued customers,
As we close out 2025, we reflect on a transformative first full year for Bazzi Consulting.
We entered the year known as trusted advisors in ServiceNow IRM and Business Process Consulting. To fuel growth, we made a pivotal decision: to expand our delivery model. We embarked on a careful process of testing delivery centers across Europe and India.
Through this period of learning and adaptation, we are proud to have now established rock-solid delivery partnerships in both regions. This foundation gives us tremendous confidence as we look to 2026.
Our First Key Learning: Specialization beats general experience. We confirmed that high-quality GRC implementation requires deep, specific expertise; not just generic technical skills.
As our reputation for quality delivery spread, demand grew exponentially. We are thrilled to be actively delivering seven projects as the year ends, spanning end-to-end implementations, advisory services, and governance. With two more projects kicking off in January, we face a welcome challenge: scaling intelligently.
Our Second Key Learning: Growth must be balanced with stability. Therefore, our 2026 strategy prioritizes delivery excellence. To augment our capabilities without compromise, we will strategically hire key roles, including an IRM Solution Architect and an experienced IRM Business Process Consultant. These measures were brought up by our customers during various customer business reviews. Bazzi Consulting heard your voice and your feedback will be implemented.

The first Bazzi Risk and Compliance Conference
A successful event hosted at the headquarters of Zurich Insurance
A rooftop room overlooking the city where many of Europe’s most critical risk decisions are made. And for the first time, leaders from several of Switzerland’s most respected financial institutions came together for one purpose:
To speak openly about what actually works in Risk & Compliance transformation – and what doesn’t.
Zurich Insurance, UBS, Banque Lombard Odier, LGT Capital Partners, Julius Baer joined a series of conversations that went far beyond theory. No buzzwords. No high-level frameworks. Real stories. Real challenges. Real progress.
Zurich Insurance shared how they modernised their internal control system on a global scale. Lombard Odier spoke transparently about the obstacles they encountered during their risk transformation. Julius Baer gave a rare, inside look at how Third-Party Risk is governed across a complex outsourcing landscape.

And we at Bazzi Consulting presented the five mistakes organisations must avoid when implementing ServiceNow IRM and AI – insights extracted from dozens of transformations delivered across Europe.
The outcome was clear:
Risk and Compliance is undergoing a structural shift.
The organisations that will thrive are the ones investing in clarity, integrated processes and technology that scales beyond departmental silos.
