When I founded the company two years ago, my vision was to build a Risk Advisory partner that earns trust not through endless billable hours, but through customer centricity and tangible results. Today, I’m proud to say that your trust has helped us not only live up to that promise but exceed expectations.

Unlike traditional consulting firms, we have consistently delivered projects under budget; a sentence you do not often hear in our industry.

You may wonder how we remain profitable while doing so. The answer is simple: we believe that honesty, transparency, and delivery excellence generate exponential value. Every satisfied customer invites us to stay part of their journey, and that is the best growth strategy any company can have.

As a result of your trust, Bazzi Consulting has evolved beyond the early-stage freelance model I once offered through other implementation partners. This approach is paying off. In November alone, we launched three end-to-end implementations in Switzerland, Germany, and Dubai. Yes, we are even able to win projects outside of Europe through our reputation.

Looking ahead, we are proud to be official implementation partners of ServiceNow, Corporater, Databricks, and Raynet. Our focus for FY26 is to deepen our expertise in these platforms while expanding our ServiceNow practice across seven active IRM projects. We will also reach out to you to explore Innovation Lab opportunities, connecting these technologies to help you achieve even greater resilience and efficiency.

Over the course of 2025, Bazzi Consulting supported multiple customers in implementing the latest capabilities of the ServiceNow Risk and Compliance module. Over the course of three projects, our team developed deep expertise in the Smart Assessment Engine and its integration within the broader IRM suite.
